Owned and operated by the Town of Oak Island, 801 Ocean offers a 1,750 square-foot banquet room, dressing areas for the bridal parties, and a large catering kitchen. Tables and chairs are included in the rental cost. Audio-visual services are available. 801 Ocean’s open-vendor policy allows you to bring your favorite caterer, decorator, wedding planner or director or other vendor to customize your event.
